We are faced with the great challenge of designing a single-family home on a very peculiar plot of land, with a significant slope. An exquisite and modern home with four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. An elevator that goes up from the garage to the day floor. Living room, kitchen, dining room, and a swimming pool that hovers over the garage. The housing volumes are connected by a straight staircase, leaning against the slope of the land. The bedrooms each open onto a large independent terrace, allowing privacy and enjoyment of the views.

Both the views and the orientation play an important role at all times.
