PV02 – UNIFAMILIAR LOS BALCONES
If the plot is too steep, terracing the building is a good way to pay homage to the slope. This allows for a stronger connection with the surroundings. It opens up the possibility of creating intermediate levels with short flights of stairs connecting the different areas or dramatic double-height spaces. On this occasion, it was decided to create terraces that open onto the terrain, providing spaciousness, luminosity, and dynamism to the home.
